This series is quite different from our regular lineup—more traditional and focused on bringing out the rich umami of rice. It doesn’t have an overly fruity nose.It tends to be appreciated more by those who truly love sake, and the feedback has been excellent. If you’re looking for something beyond fruit-forward sake, give this one a try. You’ll enjoy discovering how to describe its unique character, even though it may not seem as fancy as others. I still remember the excitement I felt when I first tasted this sake.
