It combines the delightful sweetness of their original ‘鈿女’ brand with a Champagne-like effervescence, making it perfect for starting a party. Unlike other naturally fermented cloudy sakes, its refined bubbles pair exceptionally well with seafood, neutralizing fishy flavors, and even outshining Champagne with classic pairings like caviar.
This bottle is proudly recognized by the AWA Sake Association, a group of sake breweries from various regions in Japan dedicated to producing high-quality sparkling sake. Unlike traditional methods that inject gas for carbonation, Awa Sake is crafted through natural fermentation, creating fine bubbles similar to Champagne. Only sake made using this method is officially registered as Japanese AWA SAKE. We also share a special connection with Master Toji Ito-san, whom we had the pleasure of meeting again in Singapore. He told us that after we place an order, he personally bottles each sake, one by one.
