THE GATEWAY TO ARTISANAL

Sake

こだわりの地酒への扉

Sake Matsu brings you bespoke sake, crafted by small artisan breweries in Japan and rarely found overseas. These bottles are not available in ordinary shops or restaurants—only in Michelin-starred venues and select places that truly respect sake.

“This is a sake you’ve never seen or tasted before—something truly unique and hard to find.”

It’s a journey into unfamiliar flavors and hidden stories—an experience only Sake Matsu can deliver. Instead, we choose to support the breweries directly and reinvest in events that help share the beauty of Japanese sake with the world. We do not offer any discounts to support the breweries fairly.

From Brewery

to Your Hands

Every bottle is delivered quickly and with care via refrigerated transport. Once it arrives, please store it in the fridge and enjoy it chilled. Even during shipping from Japan to Singapore, our sake travels in refrigerated containers to preserve its quality. If you’d like to buy immediately, feel free to visit us at 32 Hong Kong Street.

You can also reach out to us anytime via WhatsApp—we’re happy to answer any questions. And if you’re interested in joining our team or supporting our mission, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can share the future of Japanese sake.

SAKE ISN'T JUST A

Drink.

It’s a journey.

Across Japan, over 1,400 breweries craft sake—some with histories stretching back to the Edo period.

Made from just rice, water, koji, and yeast, sake is simple yet incredibly deep. Each bottle reflects the land, season, and skill of its maker. Many breweries are hidden in the countryside, where crystal-clear spring water flows. These gems produce stunning sakes rarely seen outside Japan—quietly enjoyed by locals.

The beauty of sake lies in its variety. Junmai is bold and rich. Ginjo and Daiginjo are smooth and aromatic. Nigori is sweet, creamy, and playful. Brewed only in winter, sake takes time and care—some bottles are aged for years to unlock deep flavor. At its heart, sake is Japan itself—nature, tradition, and quiet craftsmanship.

Join a private tasting in English or Japanese. Relaxed, insightful, and memorable.

We’ll guide you through each style, story, and serving method—brought to life with original materials and videos.
